Arrival Door is more useful than a generic terminal pickup message
Dulles has a single terminal but seven numbered Arrivals doors. Share the door only after bags are collected.
The Cell Phone Lot is a short, attended wait
It is free for up to one hour; Terminal Parking is the legal alternative when the group needs an indoor meeting.
