Private-car pickup
- Traveler
- Go to the lower level and be ready at the outermost curb before asking the driver to enter.
- Driver
- Wait in the Cell Phone Lot, then make the curb approach only after the traveler calls ready.
Uber or Lyft from Terminal 2
Terminal 2 rideshare
- Traveler
- Go to the upper level and use the orange-signed pickup poles 2A through 2G.
- Driver
- Use the Terminal 2 upper-level rideshare zone assigned in the app.
Uber or Lyft from Terminal 3
Terminal 3 rideshare
- Traveler
- Go to the upper level and wait at a green-signed pickup pole: 3G, 3H, 3J, or 3K.
- Driver
- Use the Terminal 3 upper-level rideshare location assigned in the app.

Accessible ride-app pickup

- Request a WAV through the ride app and use the lower level of the terminal.
- Driver
- WAV pickups use the lower level at every terminal rather than the standard Terminal 2 or 3 upper-level zones.

Important details
Match the pickup method to the terminal
Private pickup uses the lower-level outer curb, but standard rideshare uses terminal-specific upper-level zones. Confirm the terminal before picking a destination.
Use the Cell Phone Lot instead of circling or holding at the curb
The Cell Phone Lot is intended for free waiting until the traveler has baggage and calls; curbside waiting is prohibited.
