Privacy Policy

ArrivalCue helps people plan and monitor airport pickups. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you when you use our website or iPhone app.

Information we collect

We collect information needed to provide ArrivalCue:

• Account information: your email address and an account identifier when you sign in in the ArrivalCue iPhone app.
• Pickup and flight information: flight number, arrival date, airport, flight timing, and the pickup plan you create.
• Location information: an address or, if you choose to use your current location, location coordinates. We use this only to calculate a route and pickup timing.
• Alert information: your iPhone notification device token and, if you enable email alerts, the email address you verify for those alerts.
• Feedback: ratings or comments you choose to submit after a completed pickup.

How we use information

We use this information to verify flights, calculate live pickup and departure timing, monitor meaningful flight or traffic changes, send the alerts you choose, provide account features, respond to support requests, and maintain the security and reliability of ArrivalCue.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate ArrivalCue. These include Google and Firebase for authentication, data storage, maps, geocoding, routes, and Google Ads conversion measurement; FlightAware for flight information; Expo and Apple for iPhone push notifications; and Resend for email delivery. Apple may process Plus subscription payments. We do not receive or store full payment-card information.

Data retention and deletion

We keep active pickup information while monitoring is active. Account history is retained for up to 90 days. You can request deletion in the ArrivalCue iPhone app or contact us for help; active monitoring finishes first, then the associated account and pickup data are removed.

Your choices

You can choose whether to sign in in the iPhone app, use your current location, enable iPhone or email alerts, and submit feedback. You can turn alerts off in the app or your device settings. You can enter an address instead of sharing your current location.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app or cross-site advertising tracking. Google Ads may collect limited technical and usage information to measure visits and conversions from ArrivalCue ads. We otherwise share information only with the service providers described above as needed to provide ArrivalCue, to comply with law, or to protect the service and its users.

Children

ArrivalCue is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as ArrivalCue changes. We will post the updated policy here and change the effective date above.
